A refreshed strategic approach for the UK’s largest accredited chamber of commerce. 

Initially appointed to lead a strategic review with the Marketing & Communications team, we strengthened the chamber’s positive brand reputation across the city region and generated further interest in membership.

With the strategic review complete, we were retained to advise and support the team with the roll out of this strategy. Our approach is to embed ourselves within the client team with the Filigree team spending regular days in Manchester working alongside chamber colleagues. 

Our support includes directing content strategy, production of digital communication, editorial responsibility for The Business - a print magazine circulated to over 4,000 business leaders across Greater Manchester - as well as media relations and public affairs. 

Policy work has covered topics including the impact of no-deal Brexit to the economy of the North West, the Greater Manchester Industrial Strategy, HS2 as well as the Clean Air Plan.
